Pre-Order Policy

Why Pre-Order?

At SoiOra, we prioritize thoughtful production. By offering selected items on a pre-order basis, we are reducing overproduction — one of the most pressing issues in fashion today. Globally, billions of garments are produced annually, and a significant portion remains unsold, often ending up in landfills.

Our pre-order model helps ensure that each piece is produced based on real demand, not speculation. This approach reduces waste, supports more efficient production planning, and aligns with our commitment to responsible fashion.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an advance purchase for an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment.
Each product available for pre-order will be clearly marked on the product page, including the estimated dispatch date.

All pre-order details — including estimated shipping timelines — are listed at the top of the item’s description.

Order & Delivery Process

Once your pre-ordered item is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Orders are typically processed for shipment within 24–48 hours after fulfillment.

Please note:

  • You will receive two emails: one at the time of placing your order, and one at dispatch.
  • We do not send additional updates during the pre-order window unless a delay occurs.
  • All estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may shift slightly due to production schedules.

If your order includes multiple items, including both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available — based on the latest estimated dispatch date.

Delays & Updates

In rare cases, there may be unexpected delays in production or shipment. If this occurs:

  • Please allow up to 5 business days beyond the estimated dispatch date before contacting us.
  • If a delay arises, we will notify you by email within that 5-day window.

Potential causes of delay may include supply chain issues, customs holdups, courier service disruptions, or unforeseen global events.

While we aim to meet all dispatch estimates, pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to such delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
