Delivery Information

At this stage, SoiOra delivers exclusively within the Republic of Moldova.
We are currently working on expanding our logistics network and will launch international delivery soon.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an estimated delivery date via email.
Chișinău: delivery within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Rest of Moldova: delivery within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Delivery Fees:
 • FREE for orders over 4000 MDL
 • 100 MDL for orders under 4000 MDL (automatically included in your checkout total)

No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

You can enter any valid Moldovan address — home, office, or another preferred location. One delivery address per order.

Upon receiving your order, please check the package and receipt in the presence of the courier. Claims for missing or damaged items not confirmed at delivery may not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 100 MDL restocking fee.

Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Returns without tags or showing signs of wear will not be accepted. If you request the item back, a 100 MDL delivery fee applies.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email hello@soiora.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will guide you through the steps and send you a return label.

Once received and approved by our quality assurance team, refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Exchanges

For exchanges (different size or style), we offer free delivery within Moldova.
Email hello@soiora.com and we’ll help with the process and waive the restocking fee.

Special Notes

Items purchased with promo codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only — no refund to the original payment method.
For items damaged upon arrival or marked as delivered but not received, email hello@soiora.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
