These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store www.soiora.com and apply to orders for the purchase of products and services provided by MADE FOR YOU SRL through the website. The service consists of selling proprietary clothing articles under the brand SoiOra, with fast delivery options and dedicated customer support.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This site is owned and operated by MADE FOR YOU SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Use of the website implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other applicable legal provisions.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The Buyer is responsible for checking for updates.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using www.soiora.com, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing/confirming/fulfilling your orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as delivering your orders, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and newsletters. All personal data is stored and used only for the duration required to fulfill these purposes and in compliance with Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information. However, data transmission over the Internet or wireless networks cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, as with any online service, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you transmit, and you do so at your own risk.

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Orders can be paid using a bank card. Upon order receipt, a fiscal receipt will be issued confirming the payment.

Online payments are secured and processed using the 3D-Secure standard, redirecting you to a secure MAIB page, where each transaction requires a unique authentication code. Refunds are only issued to the original payment card.

You will be required to provide the following:

• Card Number (16 digits)

• Expiration Date (month/year)

• CVV or CVC Code (3 digits)

• Cardholder’s Full Name

If your card’s currency differs from MDL, your issuing bank’s conversion terms will apply.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / SERVICES

After the order is registered, you will receive information regarding the expected delivery date from our couriers.

Delivery within Chișinău is made within 72 hours from order confirmation (Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00). Delivery is free for orders over 4000 MDL. Orders under this amount will be charged 100 MDL.

Nationwide delivery (Republic of Moldova) is also completed within 72 hours under the same conditions.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery time may be extended in exceptional cases (e.g. bad weather, holidays, unforeseen issues). We will notify you accordingly.

You may select any delivery address—home, office, etc.—but only one delivery address per order. For multiple addresses, separate orders are required.

Upon delivery, please check the packaging and receipt in the courier’s presence. Any later claims regarding these matters will not be accepted.

5. RETURN POLICY

According to Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, the Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days from payment. Refunds will be made to the card used for the transaction.

Some articles cannot be returned in accordance with Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

According to Law No. 133/2011, your personal data is processed lawfully and in good faith using both automated and manual means, under secure conditions that ensure confidentiality.

Collected data: name, surname, phone number, address, postal code. These are used solely for order processing, access to personalized info, and contacting you for delivery purposes.

Data will not be disclosed to third parties except in cases required by law (e.g. public institutions, legal authorities).

Data may be used for statistical or promotional purposes. Employees of MADE FOR YOU SRL are bound by confidentiality obligations. No card data (number, expiry date, country) is collected or stored by us.
